Wayne and Linda Bradshaw are proudly celebrating their 34 years as directors at Tulsa World of Gymnastics. Graduates of the University of Tulsa, together have a combined total of over 60 years of teaching experience with children in the Tulsa Metro area. Wayne and Linda, along with their coaches and families, have forged a partnership to build personal character, self-esteem, and physical development. While children are having fun, they are learning a life-long fitness habit. Tulsa World of Gymnastics has been honored by the USAG as one of the Top programs in the United States. Our new facility acquired in 1993 has allowed expansion of Pre-School area and adult fitness. Tulsa World of Gymnastics served as the National USA Gymnastics TOP Training Site from 1994-2000. In addition to our many programs we also hosted the USA World Trials/American Classic in 1996 and the US Classic in 2000, the last qualifying meet to the Olympic Trials. Tulsa World of Gymnastics was recognized by the USA and presented the Shirley Marshack Memorial Award for promoting the USA grassroots developmental programs. |

As a former elementary physical education teacher and later the physical education coordinator for Tulsa Public Schools, I quickly learned of Linda Bradshaw. Linda has been a role model and a mentor to many teachers, including myself. Her commitment to gymnastics continues to be a major factor in the success of young people in this area. The principles of striving to be the best, corporation with others and the effort that is instilled in the students at Tulsa World of Gymnastics is a tribute to the ability of leadership that is provided to the young people. These principles give each student a firm foundation and the ability to reach out for his or her dreams. Tulsa World of Gymnastics provides a unique opportunity for the youth in Tulsa to develop life skills. Life skills that mold character, develop one's ability and the challenge to be the best are shining examples that support the efforts of Tulsa World of Gymnastics................. With confidence of the validity of my statement, I am saying that in my past 35 years of coaching on both sides of two major political systems of the World as the Romanian National Team Coach for 17 years and as Head Coach of the United States Olympic Team for the past 3 consecutive Olympic Games, visiting many gymnastics clubs and National Team Centers, I have never seen a more beautiful better organized, and more efficiently run gymnastics facility and program than at Tulsa World of Gymnastics ......... Linda has been in the Gymnastics business for thirty-two years starting with twenty-two gymnasts and growing into a 22,000 square foot facility with eleven hundred currently enrolled in gymnastics. Tulsa World of Gymnastics is the State of the Art gymnastics program in the United Stated. They provide wholesome athletic training for young children throughout the Tulsa Area................. As important as national recognition is to a gymnast, the model for ethics and integrity that the Bradshaw's provide is even more valuable to the impressionable young people they train ................. You can bank on the Bradshaw's hard work, credibility, integrity and understanding of this business to make it a success. Your commitment to the Bradshaw's will not go unrewarded................. Linda, who is better know by her students and friends a Mrs. B., has developed one of the most successful gymnastics businesses in Oklahoma, if not the entire country. From my perspective, Mrs. B has succeeded in her business because of choice and commitment. She has chosen the field of her dreams with an undying commitment to Teach children that they can achieve and they will remember the lesson for life. Because of her commitment, Mrs. B volunteers many hours working with our students and physical education teachers. Because of choice and commitment, Mrs. B's goals are dreams that come true.................. I would seriously urge you to consider assisting Linda Bradshaw and Tulsa World of Gymnastics in any way possible. They continue to be involved in the Tulsa Community and offer a substantial program for the youth of our city.................
